ORDERS

Did you receive my order?

The order confirmation sent to your e-mail is a confirmation that your order has arrived. During busy times and depending on the payment method, it may take a few minutes for the confirmation to arrive.

Why didn't I receive an order confirmation?

Please check your e-mail's spam folder and the e-mail address you entered for the order and its spelling. Sometimes there is also a slight delay in the system. Please contact our customer service at kaspalveluservice(at)godies.fi if you have not received an order confirmation.

Can I change the order I placed?

In order to guarantee the fastest possible delivery, we process your order as soon as it reaches us. Because of this, unfortunately, we cannot make changes to orders afterwards.

This also applies to pick-up point changes, so please be careful when you place your order that you choose the pick-up point that is most suitable for you, because we cannot change them afterwards. We cannot influence it if the selected pick-up point is full and the transport company has to deliver the package to a replacement point.

Can I add a product to my order later?

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order if you have not yet received a delivery confirmation. Delivery confirmation refers to the message you receive when the order has been packed and has left our warehouse. If you want to cancel your order, please contact us by email at kaspalvelukaspalvejo(at)godies.fi.

After receiving the delivery confirmation, you can cancel the order by returning it according to our return conditions.

Can I combine orders?

Unfortunately, combining orders is not possible.

What payment methods does Godies have?

In our online store, you can pay in a variety of ways with the following payment methods:

Klarna: online bank payment, card payment, invoice

Paytrail: card payment, online bank payment, Pivo, MobilePay

PayPal: payment via your own PayPal account

ShopPay: card payments

GooglePay: card payments

I have a discount code or gift card, how do I use it?

At the checkout, you will see a line on the top right that says "Discount code or gift card". Click on it and enter the code.

The discount code can only be redeemed when placing an order at the checkout before sending the order. It is not possible to add discount codes to an order after placing the order, so please make sure you have added the discount code at checkout before finalizing the order.

Can I use more than one discount code with my order?

Different discount codes cannot be combined, unless otherwise stated.

What shipping methods does Godies have?

How do I track my order?

When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a delivery confirmation in your e-mail, where you will find a link to track the order. There is often a delay in updating the tracking events, and the first events will only appear in the tracking one day after the message arrives.

You can also track your order on the transport companies' own tracking portals, such as the OmaPosti application. You can also track your order with the tracking code found in the delivery confirmation on the transport companies' own websites.

If you can't find the delivery confirmation of your order in your email, please remember to also check your spam folder.

How long does it take for delivery?

We process and ship all orders from our warehouse normally within 1-2 business days of their arrival. After that, it depends on the transport company how many days it takes for the package to reach the pick-up point or the selected address.

Orders received by 1 pm on weekdays are processed the same day (unless the processing is congested).

The majority of orders sent to the capital region of Finland, Turku and Tampere, which reach us by 9 pm on a weekday, will be delivered on the next weekday, if Posti is chosen as the transport company.

The delivery time of the transport company to the pick-up point or recipient's address depends on the selected transport company and delivery method.

  • Posti: usually 1-2 working days (Northern Finland usually 3-4 working days)
  • Postnord: usually 1-2 working days from the day the delivery has left our warehouse.

The transport time estimate is calculated from the day the delivery has left our warehouse. The shipping companies are responsible for the delivery times of the transport companies.

In busy times (sales of beauty boxes, campaigns, launches) the delivery times may be longer.

I ordered a beauty box made in collaboration with an influencer, how long will the delivery take?

The beauty boxes made in collaboration with influencers are sold in several hundred pieces, and because of that the delivery time is slightly longer than normal. Orders containing a cosmetic box are sent from our warehouse in about 1-5 business days. When your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a delivery confirmation in your email. It contains a tracking code and link.

Miten saan ilmaisen toimituksen?

You get free delivery from Posti and Postnord when you order at least 50 euros. You get free home delivery by Posti when you order at least 100 euros.

How long do I have to collect my package?

Packages are stored in vending machines and branches for only 7 days. Please make sure you pick up the package in time.

What happens if I don't pick up my package?

If you do not pick up your order, the package will be returned to us as an undelivered order. We have to charge a handling fee of €15 for packages left uncollected. When the undelivered package arrives back to us, we reserve the right to deduct a handling fee of €15 from the refundable order amount.

RETURNS

How do I return the product?

Before returning the order, the customer must contact our customer service at kaspalvejo(at)godies.fi and inform them of the return. Please tell us your order number in the email and we will return the product. You will receive instructions for the return.

How long do I have the right to return?

You have 14 days right of return after receiving the product. After registering the return, you have 14 days to return your product.

In order to accept your return, the products must be unopened and unused and in their original condition. The product must be sent back in exactly the same condition and quantity as when it was delivered. The product must be packed in the original packaging and any seals must be intact.

How much does a refund cost?

Returns are currently free of charge.

How long does it take to process a return?

We process returns as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after the return arrives. You will receive an email when your return has been processed.

You can track your return package using the tracking code found on the return receipt. Please remember to keep the receipt from your return until the refund has been made!

Refunds are made using the same payment method as when making a purchase.

PROBLEM WITH ORDER OR PRODUCT

I received the wrong product, what do I do?

We are sorry for the incorrectly delivered product! Please contact our customer service as soon as possible by e-mail, kaspalveloservice(at)godies.fi, and we can rectify the situation. Please state your order number and information about the wrong product in the email, as well as a photo of the product.

There is a defect in the product I received, what do I do?

We are sorry for the faulty product! Please contact our customer service as soon as possible via e-mail kaspalvelu(at)godies.fi. Please indicate in the email your order number and information about the faulty product, as well as a photo of the product's fault.

Is Godies Finnish online store?

Oh yes! Godies is a completely Finnish company and online store. Our warehouse is located in Vantaa.

Are all the products you sell genuine?

Yes! We buy the products directly from brands and/or official Finnish importers.

How can I rrequest products or brands to your selection?

We are always more than happy to hear wishes about products or brands that you would like in our selection! You can send us your wishes by email or send us a message on Instagram @godies.fi

OTHER QUESTIONS

Product x is sold out, when will there be more?

The best way to get information is to order an availability notification for a sold-out product. By ordering an availability notification, you will receive an email when the product is available for purchase again. This is also the best way to ensure that we are aware of the demand for the product and add it to the next replenishment order. So always remember to order an availability notification for the sold-out product that interests you!

We purchase stock every month and we always try to buy more sold-out products. Sometimes, however, the importer or manufacturer has product shortages, and because of that we have not been able to order more of the product.

How can I leave a review for the product?

We would love to hear your opinion about the product you bought! By telling what was good about the product and what possibly didn't work for you, you help other customers make good choices 💜

At the bottom of the product page you can find the button "write a review". Click on it and a form will open where you can write a review of the product.

Kuinka kirjaudun omalle tililleni?

You will find a picture of the character on the top right of the page, clicking on it will take you to the login page. In order to see your own information and the orders you made, you must log in to the account using the exact same email address that you used when placing the order.

How can I subscribe to the newsletter?

You can find the section for subscribing to the newsletter at the bottom left of the online store. By subscribing to the newsletter, you always get the best benefits, you will be the first to hear about our news and campaigns 🥳

How do I add products to my wishlist?

In the product browsing, you will see a small heart product image in the upper right corner. By clicking on the heart, you add the product to your wishlist (if only black outlines are visible in the heart, the product has not yet been added to the wishlist).

On the product page, on the other hand, you can see the heart above the product description. By clicking the heart, you add the product to your wishlist.

How do I see the products on my wishlist?

There is a heart-shaped icon in the upper right corner and lower left corner of the online store. By clicking on it, you get to your own wishlist, where you can see all the products you have added there.

With your own wishlist, you can easily add one or more of your favorite products to the shopping cart.
